蝴蝶多样性的调查评估与空间分布特征分析OA
Investigation and evaluation of butterfly diversity and analysis of spatial distribution characteristics
为探究深圳市蝶类生物的多样性、空间分布格局及其影响因素,运用样线法对研究区进行采样,丰富度指数、多样性指数、均匀度指数等进行多样性评估与分析,采用 Arcgis克里金插值法对研究区蝶类的空间分布特征进行描述,并对影响蝶类分布的因素进行解析.结果表明:研究区共记录有 5科 80属 123种 2 360个体,宽边黄粉蝶(Eurema hecabe)、长腹灰蝶(Zizula hylax)为绝对优势种(d>0.1);物种数蛱蝶科(Nymphalidae)(53种)>灰蝶科(Lycaenidae)(31种)>弄蝶科(Hesperiidae)(20种)>凤蝶科(Papilionidae)(12种)>粉蝶科(Pieridae)(7种);蛱蝶科种数与个体数最多,其丰富度指数最高,粉蝶科种数最少,其丰富度指数最小;多样性指数显示蛱蝶科>弄蝶科>凤蝶科>灰蝶科>粉蝶科,均匀度指数显示弄蝶科>凤蝶科>蛱蝶科>粉蝶科>灰蝶科;物种在空间分布上罗湖区丰富度指数最高为 8.19,光明区最低为 2.89,各指数均表明光明区最低,整体东部的物种与个体数及各项指标优于西部,同理,南部大致优于北部;人口密度与蝶类物种呈大致的负相关,绿化面积与蝶类物种数呈正相关(P<0.05),环境因素与人的活动均对蝶类的分布与繁殖产生了一定的影响,直接影响蝶类的多样性与丰富度.研究结果将初步建立各区的蝶类生物多样性本底数据,推动生物多样性保护的精细化监管.为空间资源规划等提供科学的数据支撑,有助于维护生态系统的稳定和平衡.
Line transect method was used for sampling in the study area to explore the diversity,spatial distribution pattern and influencing factors of butterflies in Shenzhen.Richness index,diversity index and evenness index were applied to evaluate and analyze butterfly diversity.Kriging interpolation in ArcGIS was adopted to characterize the spatial distribution of butterflies,and factors affecting butterfly distribution were analyzed.The results showed that a total of 2 360 individuals belonging to 123 species,80 genera and 5 families were recorded in the study area.Eurema hecabe and Zizula hylax were identified as absolute dominant species(d>0.1).In terms of species quantity,Nymphalidae(53 species)>Lycaenidae(31 species)>Hesperiidae(20 species)>Papilionidae(12 species)>Pieridae(7 species).Nymphalidae possessed the largest number of species and individuals with the highest richness index,while Pieridae had the fewest species and the lowest richness index.The diversity index followed the order of Nymphalidae>Hesperiidae>Papilionidae>Lycaenidae>Pieridae,and the evenness index ranked as Hesperiidae>Papilionidae>Nymphalidae>Pieridae>Lycaenidae.Spatially,Luohu District presented the highest richness index of 8.19,whereas Guangming District had the lowest value of 2.89.All indices were verified to reach the minimum in Guangming District.Overall,the eastern part possessed more species,more individuals and higher indices than the western part,and similarly,the southern part was generally superior to the northern part.Population density was roughly negatively correlated with butterfly species,while green space area showed a significantly positive correlation with the number of butterfly species(P<0.05).Both environmental factors and human activities exerted certain impacts on the distribution and reproduction of butterflies,and their diversity and richness were directly affected.Baseline data of butterfly biodiversity for each district were preliminarily established,and refined supervision of biodiversity conservation was promoted.Scientific data support was provided for spatial resource planning,and the stability and balance of the ecosystem were facilitated to be maintained.
