设计并制备了不同结构的TPMS-Diamond静态混合器,采用脉冲示踪法测定了 TPMS-Diamond结构内部的停留时间分布,研究了不同结构与操作条件对流动行为的影响.实验表明,单元尺寸和孔隙率的减小促使无量纲方差减少,轴向扩散被抑制.流量的增加使停留时间分布收窄,流动趋向理想活塞流.同时,结构的变化对平均停留时间有一定影响.通过分析串联反应器级数与佩克莱数,探讨反应器内的返混现象,并结合实验数据进行无量纲分析,建立相关预测公式,进一步揭示了流动特性与结构参数之间的关系.这将有助于深入理解TPMS-Diamond静态混合器偏离理想反应器和返混现象的程度,为反应器结构设计与优化提供理论支持.

TPMS-Diamond static mixers with different structures were designed and fabricated.The residence time distribution within the TPMS-Diamond structure was measured using the pulse tracing method,and the effects of different structures and operating conditions on flow behavior were investigated.Experiments demonstrated that reducing the unit size and pore ratio decreased the dimensionless variance and suppressed axial diffusion.Increasing flow rate narrowed the residence time distribution,with flow tending toward ideal piston flow.Simultaneously,structural variations exerted a discernible influence on the average residence time.By analyzing the number of stages in series reactors and the Peclet number,the phenomenon of backmixing within the reactor was investigated.Combined with experimental data,a dimensionless analysis was conducted to establish predictive formulas,further elucidating the relationship between flow characteristics and structural parameters.This will contribute to a deeper understanding of the extent to which the TPMS-Diamond static mixer deviates from an ideal reactor and exhibits backmixing,providing theoretical support for reactor structure design and optimization.
