Research progress of intelligent decision-making technology for mineral processing
选矿是一个具有高度复杂性和动态性的工艺过程,由破碎、磨矿、浮选、脱水等环节组成,实现对全过程的优化与控制,对于提升选矿效率、降低生产成本具有重要意义.随着大数据、人工智能、数字孪生等技术的广泛应用,选矿过程从传统的经验驱动逐步向数据和模型驱动转型,极大提高了矿业数字化、智能化水平.本文综述了智能决策技术的发展历程和基本原理,总结了智能决策技术在磨矿、浮选、药剂制度、破碎等过程优化中的应用现状.基于多模态融合和数字孪生的选矿智能决策技术是未来的重要发展方向.
Mineral processing is a highly complex and dynamic process,which is composed of crushing,grinding,flotation,dehydration and other links.It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of mineral processing and reduce the production cost by optimizing and controlling the whole process.With the wide application of big data,arti-ficial intelligence,digital twin and other technologies,the mineral processing process has gradually shifted from tradi-tional experience-driven to data and model-driven transformation,which has greatly improved the level of digitalization and intelligence of the mining industry.This paper reviews the development history and basic principles of intelligent decision-making technology,and summarizes the application status of intelligent decision-making technology in process optimization such as grin-ding,flotation,reagent system and crushing.The intelligent decision-making technology of mineral processing based on multi-modal fusion and digital twin is an important development direction in the future.
