盐碱地改良与耐盐碱生物育种技术研究进展OA
Research progress on saline-alkali land improvement and salt-tolerant biological breeding technology
我国盐碱地面积大且分布广,通过改良挖掘其农业潜力,对于保障粮食安全、促进生态保护和实现农业可持续发展具有重要意义.本文总结了盐碱地的形成机理与类型,系统介绍了工程改良技术、化学改良技术、生物改良技术等盐碱地改良技术的特点,阐述了耐盐碱生物育种机制,对比了传统的耐盐碱生物育种技术与高效育种技术的优缺点.研发成本高昂且周期冗长、区域适配性矛盾显著且复杂、市场接受度偏低且配套技术体系不完善等是育种技术产业化进程中面临的关键问题.未来,需加大技术创新力度,推动低成本环保改良剂研发和智能化灌溉系统应用;加强学科交叉融合,促进"育种-栽培-改良"一体化发展;完善政策支持体系,通过补贴机制和合作模式调动各方参与积极性.
The area of saline-alkali land in China is large and widely distributed.It is of great significance to ensure food security,promote ecological protection and realize sustainable agricultural development by improving and tapping its agricultural potential.This paper summarizes the formation mechanism and types of saline-alkali land,systemati-cally introduces the characteristics of engineering improvement technology,chemical improvement technology and bio-logical improvement technology of saline-alkali land improvement technology,expounds the mechanism of salt-tolerant biological breeding,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of traditional salt-tolerant biological breeding tech-nology and efficient breeding technology.The key problems encountered in the process of breeding technology industri-alization are high R&D cost,long cycle,significant and complex regional adaptability contradiction,low market acceptance and imperfect supporting technology system.In the future,it is necessary to increase technological innova-tion,promote the development of low-cost environmental protection modifiers and the application of intelligent irriga-tion systems;strengthen interdisciplinary integration and promote the integrated development of'breeding,cultivation and improvement';improve the policy support system,through the subsidy mechanism and cooperation model to mo-bilize the enthusiasm of all parties to participate.
