我国铁尾矿排放量巨大,约占尾矿总量的45%,其综合利用对于缓解资源短缺和减轻环境压力具有重要的现实意义.本文以安徽马鞍山某矿区铁尾矿为研究对象,在"粗磁选+捞砂"工艺段进行代表性取样,结合 X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、X射线衍射(XRD)与透射电子显微镜(TEM)技术,探究目标元素的存在状态与分布规律,并评估其资源赋存潜力.结果表明:铁尾矿的化学成分以SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、MgO、CaO、SO3、Na2O为主,主要矿物组分为石英、黄铁矿、赤铁矿、钠长石和斜绿泥石等;黄铁矿是硫的主要赋存矿物,且晶格结构完整;铁尾矿中的硫资源量高于工业化门槛,具备回收价值;钒资源量仅为0.08万t/a,不具备回收价值.基于铁尾矿中的硫元素赋存特征,创新性地提出"重选预富集硫精矿-浮选强化硫回收-磁选提铁"的协同回收工艺,其中通过摇床重选(350次/min)可获得硫品位为39.77%、产率为3.06%的硫精矿1,通过浮选(800 g/t丁基黄药+30 g/t 2#油)可获得硫品位为49.23%、产率为12.63%的硫精矿2;重选硫精矿经2 000 Gs磁选可回收5.47%的磁性铁,硫品位提升至41.78%;弱磁性铁经1.0 T磁场预磁选,TFe品位达58.1%、铁回收率为32.3%.剩余尾矿中SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、MgO总质量分数在70%以上,可用于建材领域.

China's iron tailings discharge is huge,accounting for 45%of the total tailings.Its comprehensive utiliza-tion has important practical significance for alleviating the shortage of resources and reducing environmental pressure.In this paper,the iron tailings of a mining area in Ma'anshan,Anhui Province were taken as the research object,and representative sampling was carried out in the'coarse magnetic separation+sand fishing'process section.Combined with X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)techniques,the existence state and distribution law of the target elements were explored,and their resource occurrence potential was evaluated.The results show that the chemical compositions of iron tailings are mainly SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3,MgO,CaO,SO3 and Na2O,and the main mineral components are quartz,pyrite,hematite,albite and clino-chlore.Pyrite is the main occurrence mineral of sulfur,and its lattice structure is complete.The amount of sulfur resources in iron tailings is higher than the threshold of industrialization and has recycling value.The vanadium resource is only 800 t/a,which does not have recycling value.Based on the occurrence characteristics of sulfur in iron tailings,a synergistic recovery process of'gravity pre-enrichment of sulfur concentrate-flotation enhanced sulfur recovery-magnetic separation for iron extraction'was innovatively proposed.The sulfur concentrate 1 with sulfur grade of 39.77%and yield of 3.06%can be obtained by shaking table gravity separation(350 times/min).The sulfur concentrate 2 with sulfur grade of 49.23%and yield of 12.63%can be obtained by flotation(800 g/t butyl xanthate+30 g/t 2#oil).The gravity sulfur concentrate can recover 5.47%of magnetic iron by 2 000 Gs magnetic separation,and the sulfur grade is increased to 41.78%.The grade of TFe is 58.1%and the recovery rate of iron is 32.3%after pre-magnetic separation of weak magnetic iron by 1.0 T magnetic field.The total mass fraction of SiO2,Al2O3,CaO and MgO in the remaining tailings is more than 70%,which can be used in the field of building materials.
