为满足康保—曹妃甸氢气长输管道高钢级输氢用材需求,以L415MH为研究对象,采用低C、低Mn、低P、低S成分体系,适量添加Cr、Ni、Mo合金元素,并添加Nb、V、Ti微合金化元素;结合纯净冶炼与TMCP热机械控轧工艺完成板材制备及制管,开展微观组织、力学性能与氢脆敏感性试验.结果表明,L415MH管材母材组织以针状铁素体、多边形铁素体为主;焊接热影响区由多边形铁素体、针状铁素体及粒状贝氏体构成;焊缝组织为针状铁素体与粒状贝氏体.钢板综合性能优于钢管,且力学指标均满足标准要求,未发现氢致开裂裂纹;母材在7.2 MPa高压纯氢环境下抗氢性能优异,焊缝与热影响区氢脆敏感性略有上升,但仍符合工程设计限值.该L415MH钢的成分设计、生产工艺、组织性能及氢相容性能,可满足高压长距离输氢管道服役要求,也可为同类输氢管线钢的研发与工程应用提供理论依据和技术参考.

To meet the demand for high-grade hydrogen pipeline steel in the Kangbao—Caofeidian long-distance hydrogen pipeline project,L415MH steel is taken as the research object.The steel adopts a chemical composition system with low carbon,low manganese,low phosphorus and low sulfur,and is incorporated with appropriate contents of chromium,nickel and molybdenum,as well as niobium,vanadium and titanium for microalloying.The steel plates and corresponding pipes are manufactured via high-purity smelting combined with the thermomechanical control process(TMCP).Tests on microstructure,mechanical properties and hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity are carried out.The results indicate that the microstructure of the L415MH pipe base metal is dominated by acicular ferrite and polygonal ferrite.The heat-affected zone(HAZ)is composed of polygonal ferrite,acicular ferrite and granular bainite,and the weld metal consists of acicular ferrite and granular bainite.The overall properties of the steel plate are better than those of the steel pipe,and all mechanical indicators comply with relevant standards.No hydrogen-induced cracks are observed.The base metal presents excellent hydrogen resistance under the environment of 7.2 MPa high-pressure pure hydrogen.Although the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of the weld metal and HAZ rises slightly,it still stays within the limit values for engineering design.In summary,the composition design,production process,microstructure,mechanical properties and hydrogen compatibility of this L415MH steel can meet the service requirements of high-pressure long-distance hydrogen pipelines.It can also provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the research,development and engineering application of similar hydrogen pipeline steels.
