为评价国内X60管线钢输氢适用性,解决高钢级大直径输氢管道选材难题,开展了氢相容性评价研究.选取15根国内主流钢厂生产的不同成分X60M直缝埋弧焊钢管,依据国内外相关标准及拟建工程工况,采用慢速率拉伸、断裂韧度、疲劳裂纹扩展速率3种试验方法,以断面收缩损失率、断裂韧度KIC及疲劳寿命为评判指标开展测试.结果显示,所有钢管母材和焊缝的断面收缩损失率范围分别为22.75%~33.72%、29.22%~37.67%,均满足≤40%要求;母材、焊缝及热影响区断裂韧度均≥70 MPa·m1/2;基于实测疲劳裂纹扩展速率预测的疲劳寿命均高于设计要求的3 500次.结果表明,通过适当控制化学成分、非金属夹杂及晶粒度,可使国内现有天然气输送用X60M管线钢具备良好的氢相容性,能够用于纯氢管道建设,从而为高强度大直径输氢管道选材提供可靠技术参考.

To assess the hydrogen compatibility and applicability of domestically produced X60 pipeline steel for hydrogen service and to address the material selection challenges associated with high-strength,large-diameter hydrogen pipelines,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted in this study.Fifteen X60M grade longitudinal submerged arc welded pipes produced by major domestic steel mills were selected.According to relevant domestic and international standards and the proposed engineering conditions,three mechanical tests including slow strain rate tensile test,fracture toughness test,and fatigue crack growth rate test were performed.Key performance indicators included loss in percentage reduction of area,plane-strain fracture toughness(Kic),and fatigue life.Results demonstrated that the percentage reduction of area ranged from 22.75%to 33.72%for base metal and from 29.22%to 37.67%for weld metal—both well within the acceptance threshold of≤40%;plane-strain fracture toughness values exceeded 70 MPa·m 1/2 across all critical microstructural regions(base metal,weld metal,and heat-affected zone);and the predicted fatigue life determined using the experimentally measured fatigue crack growth rate,surpassed the minimum design requirement of 3,500 cycles.Experimental results demonstrate that,by appropriately controlling chemical composition,nonmetallic inclusions,and grain size,the existing X60M pipeline steel used for natural gas transportation in China exhibits good hydrogen compatibility and is suitable for pure hydrogen pipeline construction,thereby providing a reliable technical reference for material selection of high-strength large-diameter hydrogen pipelines.
