绿氢制取与管道掺氢输送技术研究及展望OA
Research and Prospect on Green Hydrogen Production and Pipeline Hydrogen Blending Transportation Technology
在全球能源低碳转型与我国"双碳"战略推进背景下,绿氢成为氢能产业发展的终极方向.系统梳理了碱性电解水、质子交换膜电解水等主流绿氢制取的技术特征与经济性,剖析规模化制氢的成本瓶颈与降本路径;重点研究了在役天然气管道掺氢输送的技术优势与核心挑战,结合大庆、长庆等油田的示范实践,总结了我国管道掺氢输送的研究进展与工程经验.结果表明,绿氢制取技术正朝着低成本、高适配性方向发展,管道掺氢输送是短期内实现绿氢大规模低成本储运的最优路径之一,但仍面临氢脆、设备适配、安全管控及标准缺失等系统性挑战.最后从基础研究、装备国产化、标准体系构建、示范工程布局四个方面提出发展建议,为我国绿氢产业规模化发展与天然气管网氢能化改造提供技术参考.
Under the backdrop of global low-carbon energy transition and China's"dual carbon"strategy advancement,green hydrogen has become the ultimate direction for the hydrogen energy industry.The technical characteristics and economic feasibility were systematically reviewed on mainstream green hydrogen production technologies,such as alkaline water electrolysis and proton exchange membrane electrolysis,and cost bottlenecks and cost-reduction pathways for large-scale hydrogen production were analyzed.The technical advantages and core challenges were focused on hydrogen-blended transportation in existing natural gas pipelines,and China's research progress and engineering experience in pipeline hydrogen blending were summarized by drawing on demonstration practices from oilfields like Daqing and Changqing.The findings indicate that green hydrogen production technologies are evolving toward lower costs and higher adaptability.Pipeline hydrogen blending stands as one of the optimal short-term pathways for large-scale,low-cost green hydrogen storage and transportation,yet still faces systemic challenges including hydrogen embrittlement,equipment compatibility,safety management,and standardization gaps.Finally,development recommendations are proposed from four perspectives,basic research,domestic equipment manufacturing,standard system construction,and demonstration project deployment to provide technical references for the industrial development of China's green hydrogen industry and the hydrogenation transformation of natural gas pipelines.
