"双碳"战略下我国能源管材技术进展及机遇与挑战OA

Advances,Opportunities,and Challenges in China's Energy Pipeline under the Dual-carbon Strategy

在"双碳"政策推动能源结构向绿色低碳转型的背景下,油气行业转型升级对油气管材装备服役性能提出了更高的要求.围绕"双碳"战略和能源发展趋势,系统综述了面向清洁、绿色能源输送管材(天然气、氢能、CO2、压缩/液态空气储能)和井下极端油气田开发(非常规油气开发、CCUS、煤炭地下干馏与气化)两大核心管材体系的前沿进展.针对各类管材的服役特点和氢脆、腐蚀等相关失效机理,梳理了其在成分设计、组织调控、制备工艺等核心技术策略,并重点介绍了目前国内在L360MH输氢管材、CT150超高强度连续管、超临界CO₂输送L450M管材等代表性管材的研发进展,并结合油气开发方向指出相应管材未来发展方向与研究重点.最后,基于能源发展需求,提出未来攻关方向应集中在氢能储运关键材料、多元储能与热能管理、增材制造的油管快速修复等先进制造技术领域,以期为我国能源转型和高性能油气管材技术开发提供技术参考.

Against the backdrop of the dual-carbon policy driving the energy structure toward a green and low-carbon transition,the transformation and upgrading of the oil and gas industry have put forward stringent requirements for the service performance of oil and gas pipeline materials and equipment.Focusing on the dual-carbon development strategy and energy development trends,this paper systematically reviews the cutting-edge progress of two core pipe material systems:pipes for clean and green energy transmission(natural gas,hydrogen,CO2,compressed/liquefied air energy storage)and pipes for extreme downhole oil and gas field development(unconventional oil and gas development,CCUS,underground coal carbonization and gasification).In view of the service characteristics of various pipes and the related failure mechanisms such as hydrogen embrittlement and corrosion,this paper sorts out the core technical strategies in terms of composition design,microstructure regulation,and manufacturing processes.It also highlights representative domestic R&D progress,including L360MH hydrogen transmission pipes,CT150 ultra-high-strength coiled tubing,and L450M pipes for supercritical CO2 transmission.Combined with the direction of oil and gas development,this paper points out the future development directions and research priorities of the corresponding pipe materials.Finally,based on the technical demands of energy development,this paper suggests that future key research directions should focus on core fields of advanced manufacturing technologies,such as key materials for hydrogen energy storage and transportation,diversified energy storage and thermal management,and rapid repair of oil pipelines via additive manufacturing.It is intended to provide technical references for China's energy transition and the technological development system of high-performance oil and gas pipe materials.
