消渴日久,痰浊、湿热、瘀滞等互结成毒邪,毒邪侵袭肾络,肾之体用受损,形成消渴肾病.风毒损肾络,正合"毒损肾络"这一病机关键.南征教授创立祛风通络、益肾解毒的基本治疗原则,在治疗过程中,将辨证施治与风药应用相结合,随症加减,切获实效.临床常用行瘀散风之川芎、牛膝、桃仁、红花;通络搜风之全蝎、蜈蚣、鸡血藤;化浊治风之酒大黄、藿香、竹茹;升阳抑风之羌活、葛根、柴胡;解毒祛风之榛花、土茯苓、山慈菇等.

In chronic diabetes,Phlegm Turbidity,Damp-Heat,and blood stasis intertwine to form Toxins.These toxins invade the Kid-ney collaterals,impairing the function of the Kidney and leading to diabetic nephropathy.Wind Toxin damages the Kidney collaterals,precisely aligning with the key pathogenesis of"Toxin damaging the Kidney collateral".Professor Nan Zheng established the basic treat-ment principles of expelling Wind to unblock the collaterals,tonifying the Kidney and detoxifying.In the treatment process,Professor Nan skillfully combined syndrome differentiation with the application of Wind dispelling medicines,adjusting prescriptions according to symptoms to achieve practical effectiveness.Commonly used herbs in clinical practice include Chuanxiong(Ligusticum wallichii),Niuxi(Radix achyranthis bidentatae),Taoren(Semen pruni persicae),and Honghua(Carthamus tinctorius)for promoting blood circulation and dispelling Wind;Quanxie(Scorpion),Wugong(Centipede),and Jixueteng(Caulis spatholobi)for unblocking collaterals and searching for Wind;Jiudahuang(alcohol-treated Rhubarb),Huoxiang(Agastache rugosus),and Zhuru(Caulis bambusae in taeni-am)for transforming Turbidity and treating Wind;Qianghuo(Notopterygium root),Gegen(Kudzu vine root),and Chaihu(Radix bu-pleuri)for raising Yang and restraining Wind;Zhenhua(Wordshazel's flower),Tufuling(Glabrous greenbrier rhizome),and Shancigu(Edible tulip)for detoxifying and expelling Wind.
