针对水利工程建设周期长、参建主体多、协同难度大及管控精度不足等问题,研发了基于云计算、建筑信息模型(BIM)及物联网等技术的水利工程建设管理平台.文章分析了水利工程建设管理的现状与核心需求,阐述了平台的总体架构、核心技术支撑及关键功能模块.结合多地多项工程的应用实践,总结了适配不同工程类型的实施路径与应用特色.实践运用表明,该平台实现了工程建设全生命周期的数字化、可视化与协同化管控,显著提升了管理效率、质量管控水平及投资效益,可为水利工程建设的信息化与智能化升级提供可推广的通用解决方案.

To address challenges in water conservancy project construction,such as long construction cycle,multiple stakeholders,complex coordination requirements,and insufficient control accuracy in water conservancy project construction,a management platform for water conservancy project construction based on cloud computing,building information model(BIM)and Internet of Things technology has been developed.This paper analyzes the current situation and core requirements of water conservancy project construction management,and elaborates on the overall architecture,core technical support,and key functional modules of the platform.Based on the application practices of multiple projects in various regions,the implementation strategies and application-specific features tailored to different project types have been summarized.Practical application has shown that the platform has achieved digital,visualized,and collaborative management throughout the entire lifecycle of project construction,significantly enhancing management efficiency,quality control level and investment returns.This solution can provide a scalable and universal solution for advancing digital transformation and intelligent upgrades in water conservancy project construction.
