水泥胶砂减水率检测方法的影响因素及试验参数优化研究OA
Study on the Influencing Factors and Experimental Parameter Optimization of Cement Mortar Water Reduction Rate Testing Method
文章系统研究了GB 8076-2008标准下水泥胶砂减水率测定方法的影响因素,并结合对比实验结果分析,阐明了基准水泥性质、试验操作规范、仪器设备情况、试验环境等4个因素对试验测定结果影响机理,基于此提出了全过程控制模式即原料管控—操作规范化—设备精细化管理—环境控制.研究结果表明:采取优化措施后,实验室相对标准偏差(RSD)≤3%,实验室间相对标准偏差RSD≤5%,极大提高了试验结果准确性、可比性,对提高检验水平及控制外加剂质量起到推动作用.
This paper systematically studies the factors affecting the test method of cement mortar water-reducing rate according to the GB 8076---2008 standard,and based on the comparative analysis of the test results,expounds the influence mechanisms of factors such as the characteristics of reference cement,the operation specifications of the test,the conditions of instruments and equipment,and environmental conditions on the test results.Through comparative experiments and data analysis,a full-process control mode is proposed,covering raw material control,standardized operation,refined equipment management,and environmental control.The study results show that after implementing the optimization measures,the relative standard deviation of the laboratory could be controlled at≤3%,and the inter-laboratory relative standard deviation could be controlled at≤5%,significantly improving the accuracy and comparability of the test results,and providing reliable technical support for the quality control of concrete admixtures.
