水平定向钻在庄浪供水工程复杂段的应用优化OA
Optimization of Horizontal Directional Drilling Application in the Complex Sections of the Zhuanglang Water Supply Project
为应对引洮二期庄浪应急供水工程第四标段定向钻施工中因高落差、复杂地质状况带来的各类风险,结合工程实际情况,对场地设备布局、导向孔轨迹进行优化,同时核算回拖力并使其与设备相适配,完善泥浆体系、钻进扩孔、回拖等环节以及全流程风险防控工艺.实践证明,该方案能有效防控孔壁坍塌、回拖力超标等问题,提高施工质量与效率,达到环保标准要求,可为同类复杂工况下的水利管线非开挖施工提供借鉴.
To address the risks arising from significant elevation differences and complex geological conditions during directional drilling construction of Section 4 of the Zhuanglang Emergency Water Supply Project of the Taohe River Diversion Phase II Project,the on-site equipment layout and the trajectory of guiding hole were optimized based on actual site conditions.At the same time,the drag force was calculated and made compatible with the equipment specifications.The mud system,borehole enlargement,and drag operations,as well as all process risk control techniques were improved.Field implementation has demonstrated that this scheme can effectively prevent problems such as collapse of the borehole walls and excessive drag force,enhance construction quality and efficiency,meet environmental protection standards,and can provide references for non-excavation construction of water conveyance pipelines under similar complex geological conditions.
