主力船型技术能效和营运能效的关联性分析OA
Correlation between technical energy efficiency and operational energy efficiency of three main merchant ship types
针对当前航运业关于温室气体减排相关能效指标缺乏综合分析的问题,本文基于国际海事组织的能效规则与评估要求,开展了船舶技术能效和营运能效的关联性研究,建立了船舶能效综合评估方法.以千余艘实船数据为基础,开展了主力船型技术能效指标和营运能效指标分析,并完成了船舶技术能效和营运能效的关联性分析.结果表明,船舶营运能效指标与船舶技术能效指标整体正相关,即技术能效较好的船舶,在海况、航线等条件相同或相近的情况下,其营运能效通常也较好.本文研究成果可为船舶脱碳减排和综合能效评估提供参考.
There are lack of existing studies of comprehensive analysis of energy efficiency indexes for the reduc-tion of greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions in the international shipping industry.In this article,the correlation be-tween technical and operational energy efficiencies has been studied based on the energy efficiency rules and as-sessment requirements of the International Maritime Organization(IMO),and a method is established for compre-hensive evaluation of ship energy efficiency.On the basis of the data from over a thousand ships,an analysis of the Energy Efficiency Design Index(EEDI)and the operational Carbon Intensity Index(CII)is carried out,and then based on that,technical and operational energy efficiencies are analysed.The results show that the operational CII is directly proportional to the EEDI of the ship itself,and ships with better technical energy efficiency also exhibit better operational energy efficiency under the same or similar conditions of sea states,routes etc.The research re-sults provide a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of decarbonisation,reduction in emission and energy effi-ciency of ships.
