为了满足高温高压低渗透油藏继续提高采收率的需求,以丙烯酰胺AM、超支化高分子NHP、可聚合磺基甜菜碱SB-1和纳米SiO2为主要原材料,合成了一种新型纳米驱油剂NSH-1,以溶液的黏度值为评价指标对NSH-1的合成条件进行了优化,并考察了NSH-1的增黏性能、抗老化性能以及驱油性能.结果表明,当引发剂的用量为0.5%,pH值为7.5,反应温度为55 ℃,反应时间为5 h时,NSH-1的黏度值较为适中,当其质量分数为0.2%时黏度可达35 mPa·s.NSH-1的质量分数越大,溶液的黏度值相对越高,推荐其最佳质量分数为0.3%,此时蒸馏水和模拟地层水配制的NSH-1溶液黏度值分别为90 mPa·s和58 mPa·s.NSH-1的耐温抗老化性能较强,在老化温度为100~150 ℃时,老化60 d后的黏度值仍比较高.NSH-1的驱油效果较好,当其注入量达到0.5 PV时,可使岩心中原油的采收率提高25.72%.研究结果表明,新型纳米驱油剂NSH-1能够满足高温高压低渗透油藏化学驱油提高采收率的需求.

In order to meet the demand of high temperature,high pressure and low permeability reservoirs to continue to improve oil recovery,a new nano oil displacement agent NSH-1 was synthesized with acrylamide AM,hyperbranched polymer NHP,polymerizable sulfobetaine SB-1 and nano SiO2 as the main raw materials.The synthetic conditions of NSH-1 were optimized with the viscosity value of the solution as the evaluation index,and the viscosity increasing performance,anti-aging performance and oil displacement performance of NSH-1 were investigated.The results showed that when the initiator dosage was 0.5%,pH value was 7.5,reaction temperature was 55 ℃,and reaction time was 5 h,the viscosity value of NSH-1 was relatively moderate.When its mass fraction was 0.2%,the viscosity could reach 35 mPa·s.The higher the mass fraction of NSH-1,the higher the viscosity value of the solution.It is recommended that the optimal mass fraction be 0.3%.At this point,the viscosity values of NSH-1 solution prepared with distilled water and simulated formation water are 90 mPa·s and 58mPa·s,respectively.NSH-1 has strong temperature resistance and aging resistance.When the aging temperature is 100~150 ℃,the viscosity value is still high after 60 days of aging.The oil displacement effect of NSH-1 is good,and when its injection volume reaches 0.5 PV,it can increase the recovery rate of crude oil in the core by 25.72%.The research results suggest that the new nano oil displacement agent NSH-1 can meet the needs of chemical oil recovery in high temperature,high pressure,and low-permeability reservoirs to improve oil recovery.
