为研究 TAFPACK-SUPER改性剂(TPS)用量对SBS改性沥青及混合料性能的影响,通过三大指标、动力黏度试验分析复合改性沥青的高低温稳定性,利用车辙试验、浸水飞散损失和冻融劈裂强度试验、低温弯曲试验分别验证复合改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性.试验结果表明,TPS可以明显改善SBS改性沥青的高温抗剪切和低温抗开裂能力;一定掺量TPS显著增强复合改性沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力;抗水损害性能和低温抗裂能力,综合沥青及沥青混合料性能并结合规范技术要求,TPS掺量宜为9%.

To investigate the influence of TAFPACK-SUPER modifier(TPS)dosage on the performance of SBS-modified asphalt and its mixtures,this study systematically evaluated the high-and low-temperature stability of the composite modified asphalt through fundamental tests,including the three major indicators and dynamic viscosity test.Additionally,the high-temperature stability,water stability,and low-temperature crack resistance of the composite modified asphalt mixtures were validated using specific performance tests:rutting test for high-temperature stability,immersion flying loss test and freeze-thaw splitting strength test for water stability,and low-temperature bending test for low-temperature crack resistance.Experimental results reveal that TPS significantly enhances the high-temperature anti-shear capacity and low-temperature crack resistance of SBS-modified asphalt.A specific TPS dosage notably improves the high-temperature rutting resistance,water damage resistance,and low-temperature crack resistance of the composite modified asphalt mixtures.By comprehensively evaluating the performance of both the asphalt binder and the mixture,and aligning with specification technical requirements,a TPS dosage of 9%is recommended as optimal.
