为研究聚氨酯预聚体种类及液体沥青-树脂比例对冷拌沥青混合料强度及路用性能的影响,该研究选取三种不同NCO含量的聚氨酯预聚体,分别按照液体沥青与树脂质量比分别为1∶0.8、1∶1和1∶1.2配制胶结料,并采用6%胶结料制备AC-10C级配的冷拌沥青混合料.系统开展了混合料的强度增长规律、高低温性能、水稳定性及抗剥落性能测试.结果表明,随着NCO含量或树脂比例的增加,试件在不同养护时间下的力学强度均呈上升趋势,但其增长速率逐渐减缓.因此,在确定液体沥青与树脂的最佳比例时,应综合考虑NCO含量的协同影响.研究表明,NCO含量及液体沥青-树脂比例是影响混合料性能的关键因素.实验结果显示,聚氨酯预聚体改性冷拌沥青混合料在高温稳定性方面显著优于现行规范对热拌沥青混合料的要求,表现出优异的高温性能.同时,高NCO含量的冷拌料还兼具良好的高低温适应性、水稳定性和抗剥落性能.研究表明,利用聚氨酯预聚体改性沥青制备冷拌沥青混合料具有良好的应用前景,有望为沥青路面快速修复提供有效解决方案,并推动聚氨酯沥青冷拌技术的推广应用.

To investigate the effects of polyurethane prepolymer type and the liquid asphalt-resin ratio on the strength and road performance of cold-mix asphalt mixtures,this study selected three polyurethane prepolymers with different NCO contents.Binders materials were prepared using liquid asphalt and resin at mass ratios of 1∶0.8,1∶1,and 1∶1.2,respectively.A 6%binder content was used to produce AC-10C graded cold-mix asphalt mixtures.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted,including tests on strength development,high-and low-temperature performance,moisture stability,and stripping resistance.The results showed that with increasing NCO content or resin ratio,the mechanical strength of specimens improved at all curing stages,though the rate of strength gain gradually declined.Therefore,when determining the optimal liquid asphalt-to-resin ratio,the influence of NCO content should be carefully considered.The study indicates that both NCO content and the asphalt-to-resin ratio are critical factors influencing the performance of the mixtures.Experimental results revealed that the polyurethane prepolymer-modified cold-mix asphalt mixtures exhibited significantly better high-temperature stability than the requirements specified for hot-mix asphalt in current standards,demonstrating excellent high-temperature performance.Moreover,cold-mix mixtures with higher NCO content also showed good adaptability to both high and low temperatures,along with improved moisture stability and stripping resistance.Overall,the study confirms that preparing cold-mix asphalt mixtures using polyurethane prepolymer-modified asphalt offers promising application potential.This approach provides an effective solution for rapid pavement repair and is expected to promote the broader adoption of polyurethane-based cold-mix asphalt technology.
