石墨烯改性沥青流变性能及其混合料路用性能研究OA
Study on Rheological Properties of Graphene-modified Asphalt and Road Performance of Its Mixture
为研究石墨烯用量(1%、3%、5%)对沥青流变性能及沥青混合料路用性能的影响,通过动态剪切流变试验、线性振幅扫描试验、弯曲梁流变试验分别评价了沥青的高温、中温和低温流变性能,并利用车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、残留稳定度和劈裂抗拉强度试验验证其路用性能.试验结果表明,适量石墨烯可明显提高沥青的高温稳定性和中温疲劳性能,低温性能略有提升,同时石墨烯加入后,显著提高了沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力和抗水损害性能,低温抗裂性也有小幅度提高.建议石墨烯掺量为3%.
In order to study the effect of graphene dosage(1%,3%,5%)on the rheological properties of asphalt and the road performance of asphalt mixture,the high-temperature,medium-temperature and low-temperature rheological properties of asphalt were evaluated by dynamic shear rheological test,linear amplitude sweep test and bending beam rheological test,and its road performance was verified by rutting test,low-temperature beam bending test,residual stability and splitting tensile strength test.The test results show that the appropriate amount of graphene can significantly improve the high-temperature stability and medium-temperature fatigue performance of asphalt,and slightly improve the low-temperature performance.At the same time,after the addition of graphene,the high-temperature rutting resistance and water damage resistance of asphalt mixture are significantly improved,and the low-temperature crack resistance is also slightly improved.The recommended graphene dosage is 3%.
