为了提高环氧类涂料的综合性能,以胶态SiO2为原料制备出无溶剂纳米SiO2,并将其作为改性剂加入到环氧树脂E51中,再结合混合胺类固化剂DPM-1、稀释剂C-12和环氧促进剂DMP-30等,制备一种无溶剂纳米SiO2改性环氧涂料.通过室内试验优化了涂料的制备条件,并对其基础性能和耐老化性能进行了评价.结果表明,无溶剂纳米SiO2改性环氧涂料的最佳制备条件为:纳米SiO2的粒径为120 nm、加量为3%,稀释剂脂肪族缩水甘油醚C-12的加量为35%,环氧促进剂DMP-30的加量为3%.此时涂料的黏度适中,弯曲性能优良,涂层的附着力较高.无溶剂纳米SiO2改性环氧涂料不含挥发性有机物,各项基础性能参数均能满足化工行业标准HG/T 5176-2017中的要求.无溶剂纳米SiO2改性环氧涂料的耐老化性能较好,在盐雾老化或者人工气候老化条件下老化1000 h后,涂层的附着力仍比较高,能够满足西部干热环境对管道表面防腐蚀涂料综合性能的要求.

In order to improve the comprehensive performance of epoxy coatings,solvent-free nano-SiO2 was prepared using colloidal SiO2 as raw material and added as a modifier to epoxy resin E51.Then,a solvent-free nano-SiO2 modified epoxy coating was prepared by combining mixed amine curing agent DPM-1,diluent C-12,and epoxy promoter DMP-30.The preparation conditions of the coating were optimized indoors,and its basic performance and aging resistance were evaluated.The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions for solvent-free nano-SiO2 modified epoxy coatings were as follows:the particle size of nano-SiO2 was 120 nm,and its dosage was 3%,the dosage of diluent aliphatic glycidyl ether C-12 was 35%,and the dosage of epoxy promoter DMP-30 was 3%.At this time,the viscosity of the coating was moderate,the bending performance was excellent,and the adhesion of the coating was high.The solvent-free nano SiO2 modified epoxy coating does not contain volatile organic compounds,and all basic performance parameters can meet the requirements of the chemical industry standard HG/T 5176-2017.The solvent-free nano-SiO2 modified epoxy coating has strong aging resistance.Even under salt spray aging or artificial climate aging conditions for 1000 hours,the adhesion of the coating was still relatively high,which can meet the comprehensive performance requirements of anti-corrosion coatings for pipeline surfaces in the dry and hot environment of the western region.
