高固低黏长效防护涂料的制备及其防腐性能研究OA

为有效解决不同涂料品种在施工边界搭接处易出现的界面相容性差、层间附着力不足等问题,该研究基于环氧树脂体系开发了一款新型环保高固体分长效防护涂料.通过优化树脂基体分子结构与固化剂配比,该涂料不仅实现了VOC含量降低至213 g/L,且涂层的界面结合性能得到显著提升(与环氧云铁中间漆、聚氨酯面漆的附着力在6 MPa以上,与防污漆的附着力在3 MPa以上).经实验室按照GB/T 1771-2007进行系统测试验证:在5000 h连续盐雾试验中试样表面未出现起泡、脱落现象;通过6个月阴极剥离实验测得,剥离区距人工开孔处的距离仅7.2 mm,满足13~15年防护期效的要求;在模拟压载舱波浪冲击环境下经180 d循环试验后,涂层仍保持完整致密结构;特别是在40 ℃的冷凝舱模拟环境中持续暴露180 d后,涂层体系未检测到渗透腐蚀迹象.实验数据表明,该涂料体系成功实现了不同涂料界面间的有效融合,兼具优异的机械性能与长效防护特性,为复杂工况下防护涂层的配套应用提供了创新解决方案.

To effectively solve the problems of poor interfacial compatibility and insufficient interlayer adhesion easily occurring at the construction lap joints of different coating varieties,a novel environmentally friendly high-solid long-term protective coating was developed based on epoxy resin system in this study.By optimizing the molecular structure of the resin matrix and the ratio of curing agent,the VOC content of the coating was reduced to 213 g/L,and the interfacial bonding performance of the coating was significantly improved.Its adhesion strength with epoxy mica intermediate paint and polyurethane topcoat is above 6 MPa,and the adhesion with antifouling paint is more than 3 MPa.Systematic laboratory tests were carried out in accordance with GB/T 1771-2007,no blistering or peeling was observed on the sample surface after 5000 h of continuous salt spray test.The cathodic disbonding test lasted for 6 months,and the measured distance from the artificial hole to the disbonded area was only 7.2 mm,meeting the protection life requirement of 13~15 years.After 180 days of cyclic test under simulated ballast tank wave impact environment,the coating remained intact and dense.In particular,no signs of permeation corrosion were detected in the coating system after continuous exposure in a simulated condensation cabin environment at 40 ℃ for 180 days.The experimental results show that the coating system realizes effective interfacial fusion between different coatings,and possesses excellent mechanical properties and long-term protection performance.It provides an innovative solution for the supporting application of protective coatings under complex working conditions.
