纳米SiO2对水性标线涂料耐久性能的影响研究OA
Study on the Influence of Nano-SiO2 on the Durability of Water-based Road Markings
道路标线的耐久性对其使用寿命和道路交通安全至关重要.本文以纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)替代钛白粉制备改性水性标线涂料,并通过老化试验研究其色度与磨耗性能耐久性.结果表明,纳米SiO2的引入显著降低涂料亮度因数衰减率和磨耗损失,改性水性标线涂料在40个老化周期时的亮度因数衰减率仅2.01%,磨耗质量损失仅有23.7 mg,色度和磨耗耐久性能显著优于未改性涂料.
The durability of road markings is critical to their service life and traffic safety.In this study,nano-silica(SiO2)was used to replace titanium dioxide to prepare modified waterborne marking paint,and the durability of its chromatic and abrasion resistance was assessed by accelerated aging tests.Results showed that nano-SiO2 significantly reduced luminance factor decay and abrasion loss.After 40 aging cycles,the modified paint exhibited only 2.01%luminance factor attenuation and 23.7 mg abrasion loss,demonstrating markedly better durability than the unmodified paint.
