聚乙烯塑料寿命预测方法对比研究OA
Comparative Study on Life assessment of Polyethylene Plastics
该研究针对传统热空气加速老化法在寿命预测中的局限性,采用热重点斜法,系统对比了两种方法对聚乙烯塑料在热暴露条件下的寿命预测结果.通过设计不同温度的加速老化试验,结合断裂伸长率等性能指标的变化规律,建立了基于Arrhenius方程的寿命模型.结果表明,热重点斜法通过动态温度梯度设计,显著缩短了试验周期,且预测结果与传统方法具有一定相关性.该研究为聚乙烯材料的快速寿命预测提供了新思路,对工程应用中的可靠性设计具有指导意义.
This study aims to address the limitations of traditional air accelerated aging method in predicting the service life of polyethylene plastics.We introduced thermogravimetric analysis and systematically compared the life prediction results of two methods under thermal exposure conditions.A life prediction model based on the Arrhenius equation was established by designing accelerated aging experiments at different temperatures and combining with performance indicators such as fracture elongation.The results showed that the thermogravimetric method significantly shortened the experimental period through dynamic temperature gradient design,and the predicted results were close to traditional thermal aging methods.This study provides a new method for rapid life assessment of polyethylene materials,which has guiding significance for reliability design in engineering applications.
