变频器服役橡胶软管老化状态评估OA

某核电厂核泵变频器功率单元的双层复合橡胶软管在30~47 ℃的除盐水环境中已正常服役9年,该文对该变频器服役软管、新软管以及备件软管的材质、厚度、邵氏硬度、拉伸性能进行测试与评价,结果表明,服役软管的性能呈下降趋势,但仍有一定服役裕量.通过加速老化试验,对服役胶管在175 ℃进行120 h加速老化,模拟其在47 ℃继续服役3年的状态,老化后服役软管的内层橡胶和外层橡胶的拉断伸长率均大于200%、拉伸强度均大于5.5 MPa,表明加速老化后的服役胶管的拉伸性能仍符合SAE J20标准规定橡胶材料性能要求,服役软管具有继续安全服役3年的性能裕量.

The double-layer rubber hose used in the power unit of a nuclear pump frequency converter in a nuclear power plant has been in service for nine years under demineralized water environment at 30~47 ℃.An assessment was required to determine its suitability for continued service over an additional three-year period.In this paper,the thickness,Fourier infrared spectrum,Shore hardness and tensile properties of a in-service hose,spare hose and a new hose were tested.The results showed that the service hoses still had some performance margin,although their mechanical properties were gradually declining.The 120 hours accelerated aging test of the service hose was carried out at 175 ℃ to simulate the condition that the hose continues to service for 3 years at 47℃.The tensile elongation at break of the aged inner hose and the outer hose were both greater than 200%,and the tensile strength were both greater than 5.5 MPa,which indicated that the tensile properties of the silicone hose in service after accelerated aging still met the use requirements and had the performance margin to continue service for 3 years.
