温胆汤合冠心Ⅱ号方治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛急性发作痰瘀交阻证疗效观察OA

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wendan Decoction combined with Guanxin Ⅱ Formula in the treatment of acute exacerbations of stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease(CHD)with phlegm-blood-stagnancy-type.Methods A total of 175 patients with acute exacerbations of stable angina pectoris due to CHD,treated at Wuhu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022,were enrolled and numbered according to the order of consultation.Patients were then assigned to the treatment group(n=88)and the control group(n=87)according to odd and even numbers.The control group received conventional basic treatment.On this basis,the treatment group received Wendan Decoction combined with Guanxin Ⅱ Formula for 1 month.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)scores,inflammatory factors,blood lipid levels,coagulation function,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores for chest pain fixation,profuse sputum and obesity,heaviness of the limbs,dark purplish facial complexion,fatigue and weakness,and dizziness with excessive sleepiness,as well as the total traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,were all lower in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05),and were all lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAQ scores for physical limitation(PL),angina stability(AS),angina frequency(AF),treatment satisfaction(TS),and disease perception(DP)were all higher in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05).In addition,the PL,AS,and AF scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein B(ApoB),fibrinogen(FIB),and D-dimer(D-D),as well as activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),were all lower in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05),and were all lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels increased in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05)and were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.32%(83/88)in the treatment group and 87.36%(76/87)in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wendan Decoction combined with Guanxin Ⅱ Formula shows definite clinical efficacy in patients with acute exacerbations of stable angina pectoris in CHD with phlegm-blood-stagnancy-type.It can significantly relieve symptoms,reduce angina attacks,and improve inflammatory status,blood lipid profile,and coagulation function.
