柴胡疏肝散加减联合调神针刺法治疗产后抑郁效果观察OA

Objective To investigate the efficacy of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with the Tiaoshen acupuncture method in the treatment of postpartum depression.Methods A total of 94 patients with postpartum depression admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Xuzhou Central Hospital from February 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group,with 47 patients in each group.Both groups received symptomatic treatment.The control group received additional Tiaoshen acupuncture,while the treatment group received modified Chaihu Shugan Powder in combination with Tiaoshen acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Treatment was continued for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS)scores,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,estradiol levels,and progesterone levels were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 97.87%(46/47)in the treatment group and 82.98%(39/47)in the control group,with a significantly higher rate in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores for overthinking and worry,low energy,insomnia with dreaming,and sadness with tearfulness,as well as EPDS and HAMD scores,were lower in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05),and were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,estradiol levels increased in both groups(P<0.05),with a significantly greater increase in the treatment group(P<0.05);progesterone levels decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with a significantly greater decrease in the treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.26%(2/47)in the treatment group and 6.38%(3/47)in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with the Tiaoshen acupuncture method is effective for postpartum depression.It can relieve symptoms such as overthinking and worry,reduce depressive severity,regulate estrogen and progesterone levels,and is safe and effective.
