血清ficolin-3 miRNA-124与颅脑外伤患者预后神经功能损伤程度的相关性分析OA
Correlation Analysis of Serum Ficolin-3 miRNA-124 Levels with the Degree of Neurological Injury in Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma
目的:探讨血清纤维胶凝蛋白 3(ficolin-3)、外周血微小 RNA-124(miRNA-124)与颅脑外伤患者预后神经功能损伤程度的相关性.方法:纳入医院2023 年3 月至2023 年12 月临床收治颅脑外伤87 例为研究组,采用格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)对颅脑损伤患者神经功能损伤程度进行评估,将其划分为重度组(n=23)、中度组(n=34)、轻度组(n=30);纳入同期健康志愿者 53 例为对照组.采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清 ficolin-3,荧光定量 PCR 检测 miRNA-124,采集并比较组间血清 ficolin-3、miR-NA-124 表达水平,采用 Pearson 分析血清 ficolin-3、miRNA-124 与颅脑外伤预后神经功能损伤程度的相关性.结果:重度组 GCS 评分高于轻度、中度组,中度组 GCS 评分高于轻度组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的血清 ficolin-3 低于对照组,miRNA-124 高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).重度组的血清 ficolin-3 低于轻度、中度组,miRNA-124 高于轻度、中度组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度组血清 ficolin-3 低于轻度 GCS 评分,miRNA-124 高于轻度 GCS 评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).颅脑外伤预后神经功能损伤患者的血清 ficolin-3 与 miRNA-124 呈负相关(r=-0.639,P<0.05);血清 ficolin-3 同颅脑外伤患者 GCS 评分呈负相关(r=-0.616,P<0.05),miRNA-124 与GCS 评分呈正相关(r=0.705,P<0.05).结论:血清 ficolin-3、miRNA-124 与颅脑外伤患者预后神经功能损伤程度有关,血清 ficolin-3 水平降低、miRNA-124 水平升高提示神经功能损伤越严重.
Objective:To explore the correlation of serum ficolin-3,peripheral blood microRNA-124(miRNA-124)with the degree of neurological function injury in patients with craniocerebral trauma.Meth-ods:87 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted to the hospital from March 2023 to December 2023 were included in the study group.The degree of neurological function injury in patients with craniocerebral trauma was evaluated by the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),who were divided into severe group(n=23),moderate group(n=34),and mild group(n=30).Meanwhile,53 healthy volunteers during the same period were in-cluded in the control group.Serum ficolin-3 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and miR-NA-124 was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.The expression levels of serum ficolin-3 and miRNA-124 in each group were collected and compared.Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation of ser-um ficolin-3,miRNA-124 with the degree of neurological function injury in patients with craniocerebral trau-ma.Results:The GCS scores of the severe group were higher than those of the mild and moderate groups,and the GCS scores of the moderate group were higher than those of the mild group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The serum ficolin-3 in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and miRNA-124 was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The serum ficolin-3 in the severe group was lower than that in the mild and moderate groups,and miRNA-124 was higher than that in the mild and moderate groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the serum ficolin-3 in the moderate group was lower than that in the mild GCS score group,and miRNA-124 was higher than that in the mild GCS score group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The serum ficolin-3 and miRNA-124 in patients with craniocerebral trauma and neurological injury were negatively correlated(r=-0.639,P<0.05);serum ficolin-3 was negatively correlated with the GCS scores in patients with craniocerebral trauma(r=-0.616,P<0.05),and miRNA-124 was positively correlated with the GCS scores(r=0.705,P<0.05).Conclusion:Se-rum ficolin-3 and miRNA-124 are related to the degree of neurological injury in patients with craniocerebral trauma.A decrease in serum ficolin-3 and an increase in miRNA-124 indicate more severe neurological inju-ry.
