基于共振法的简支梁模态实验设计OA
Design of a Simply-Supported Beam Modal Experiment Based on Resonance Method
为了解决数据获取或处理方法不当会影响共振法模态实验质量的问题,基于LabVIEW设计了逐点动态绘制模态振型的软件操作系统.实验中先同步采集测点和参考点加速度传感器的信号,基于汉宁窗频谱的校正方法估计信号的振幅、频率与相位,接着根据信号的相位差是否在某范围内来判断其同相性,最后结合信号的振幅比和相位异同性来绘制测点处的振型图.实验结果表明:相比于参考点信号只用来做相位异同的判断,测点振动幅值作为振型值大小的测试方案,消除了振型失真严重与测量一致性问题.
To solve the problem that improper data acquisition or processing methods could affect the quality of resonance method-based modal experiments,a software operating system for point-by-point dynamic plotting of mode shapes was designed based on LabVIEW.In the experiment,signals from ac-celer-ation sensors at measuring points and a reference point were first synchronously acquired.The am-plitude,frequency,and phase of the signals were estimated using a correction method based on the Hanning window spectrum.Then,the in-phase property of the signals was judged according to whether their phase difference was within a certain range.Subsequently,the mode shape diagrams at the measur-ing points were plotted by combining the amplitude ratio and the phase similarity or dis-similarity of the signals.Experimental results show that this scheme eliminates the problems of severe mode shape distortion and measurement inconsistency compared with the testing scheme in which the reference point signal is only used to judge phase similarity or difference,and the vibration amplitude at the mea-suring point serves as the mode shape value.
