基于层次分析法的工科类专业动态调整影响因素研究OACHSSCD
Study on the Influencial Factors of Dynamic Adjustment of Majors in Engineering Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
工科类专业动态调整是应对工程人才与社会市场适配矛盾的关键.以三螺旋和复杂适应系统理论为基础,基于层次分析法,对工科类专业动态调整的影响因素分析可知,政府主体政治因素中的教育政策发挥关键影响作用,高校主体的学校层和专业层发挥双重影响作用,社会主体的多因素发挥融合影响作用,并提出基于政府逻辑构建制度引导的工科类专业动态调整联动机制、基于高校逻辑构建"学校层-专业层"上下联动的工科类专业动态调整发展机制,基于社会逻辑构建以多元因素人才需求分析的工科类专业动态调整融合机制.
Making dynamic adjustments on disciplinary majors in engineering in universities plays a piv-otal role in resolving the unbalance between supply of engineering talents and market demand.Taking Triple Helix Theory and Complex Adaptive System(CAS)Theory as its theoretical framework,this paper adopted analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the multifaceted factors influencing the dynamic adjust-ment of engineering majors in universities,including the influential factors from the government,universities and society.Research results indicate that education policies made by competent government played a pivotal role in such endeavor of adjustments,universities generated dual influences on both institutional and disciplin-ary dimensions,and multiple social factors altogether produced an effect of integration.It was proposed that dynamic adjustments on engineering majors could be conducted based on three mechanisms as follows:dynamic adjustment of engineering majors in coordination with institutional guidance of the government;coor-dination between university development and disciplinary advancement;and dynamic adjustment in accor-dance with talent demand analysis involving multifaceted social factors.
