Research on multi-level luminescence performance of mecha-noluminescent/photoluminescent composite yarns

为探究力致/光致多级发光的作用机制,以氨纶(PU)为基材,在其表面涂覆含有硫化锌铜(ZnS:Cu)与掺杂铕、镝的铝酸锶(SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+,简称SAOED)颗粒的发光层,制备出核壳结构复合纱线,通过系统表征纱线形貌与力学性能,测试其光吸收特性与发光强度等关键参数,并探索其在刺绣工艺中的应用潜力.实验数据表明:发光颗粒在涂层中分布均匀,纱线展现出优异柔韧性与高达800%的断裂伸长率,在365 nm紫外线激发下可发射500 nm绿光且余辉持续1.5 h以上,当施加机械力时ZnS:Cu产生的发光能被掺杂铕、镝的铝酸锶有效吸收并二次激发,从而产生增强发光实现多级发光效应,该材料兼具光致发光与力致发光双重响应特性,刺绣应用显示其可形成轮廓清晰的发光图案,这种特殊发光纱线为开发应急救援装备与夜间安全警示纺织品提供了新型功能材料.

To explore the mechanism underlying the mechanoluminescence/photoluminescence multi-stage lumines-cence effect,this study used spandex as the substrate and coated its surface with a luminescent layer containing ZnS:Cu and SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+(SAOED)particles,thereby preparing core-shell structured composite yarns.Systematic charac-terizations were conducted on the morphology and mechanical properties of the yarns,along with measurements of key parameters including light absorption characteristics and luminescence intensity.Furthermore,the potential application of the composite yarns in embroidery technology was explored.Experimental results demonstrated that the luminescent particles were uniformly distributed in the coating layer.The composite yarns exhibited excellent flexibility with a break-ing elongation as high as 800%.Under excitation by 365 nm ultraviolet light,the yarns emitted green light at 500 nm with a persistent luminescence duration of over 1.5 hours.When mechanical force was applied,the luminescence gener-ated by ZnS:Cu could be efficiently absorbed by SAOED and trigger secondary excitation,leading to enhanced lumines-cence and thus realizing the multi-stage luminescence effect.This material integrates dual-responsive properties of photo-luminescence and mechanoluminescence.Embroidery application showed that the yarns could form luminescent pat-terns with clear contours.This special luminescent yarn provides a novel functional material for the development of emergency rescue equipment and nighttime safety warning textiles.
