Polyimide aerogels:Preparation,performance regulation and research progress in applications
聚酰亚胺(Polyimide,PI)气凝胶是一类集合PI材料优越力学性能、耐极端高低温及低介电特性,兼具超高孔隙率、超低密度和热导率的高性能多孔材料,在尖端技术领域具有重要应用价值.文章综述了近年来PI基气凝胶的制备策略,包括溶胶-凝胶过程、干燥工艺及其微观结构调控手段;分析了不同合成参数对其孔隙结构、力学强度和隔热等性能的影响规律;总结了通过纤维增强、纳米复合及表面功能化等方法提升材料综合性能的研究进展,并系统介绍了其在热管理与防护、吸能、吸附与过滤、压力传感、柔性穿戴等领域的研究和应用现状.最后,探讨了当前PI气凝胶在规模化制备、环境耐久性及多功能集成等方面面临的挑战,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望,为推动该高性能材料的进一步研发与应用提供参考.
Polyimide(PI)aerogels are a class of high-performance porous materials that synergistically combine the su-perior mechanical properties,extreme high-and low-temperature resistance,and low dielectric characteristics of poly-imides as well as the ultrahigh porosity,ultralow density and thermal conductivity of aerogels,holding important applica-tion prospects in cutting-edge technological fields This article systematically reviews the recent research progress in the fabrication strategies of PI-based aerogels,covering sol-gel processes,drying technologies,and microstructure regula-tion methods.The influence mechanisms of various synthetic parameters on their pore structure,mechanical strength,thermal insulation and other properties are analyzed.The research advances in improving the overall performances of materials via fiber reinforcement,nanocomposite modification and surface functionalization are comprehensively re-viewed.Furthermore,the state-of-the-art research and application status of PI aerogels in the fields of thermal manage-ment and protection,energy absorption,adsorption and filtration,pressure sensing,and flexible wearable devices are sys-tematically introduced.Finally,the current challenges of PI aerogels in large-scale fabrication,environmental durability and multifunctional integration are discussed,and future development trends are prospected,aiming to provide a valu-able reference for further research,development and engineering application of such high-performance materials.
