汽水分离再热器支座应力分析OA
Stress Analysis of the Support for the Moisture Separator Reheater
目前针对卧式压力容器支座的计算通常采用经验公式法,对于多载荷工况下,公式法难以准确计算其受力情况.因此,本文采用ABAQUS软件建立了某汽水分离再热器(Mois-ture Separator Reheater,MSR)支座的有限元模型,详细分析了支座在设计、水压试验以及运输三种工况下的应力分布情况,并运用弹性分析方法对支座及其周边筒体区域进行了强度校核.结果表明,在水压试验工况下总应力最大,最大应力位置在与支座相接触的筒体区域,支座在三种工况下强度均满足设计标准要求.本文验证了该支座方案设计的合理性,为支座的强度校核和结构优化提供了理论依据,保障了设备运行的安全可靠.
At present,the calculation of the supports for horizontal pressure vessels usually adopts the empirical formula method.However,for multi-load conditions,the empirical formula method is difficult to accurately calculate the force conditions.Therefore,in this paper,the finite element model of the support of a Moisture Separator Reheater(MSR)was established by using ABAQUS software,and the stress distribution of the support under design,hydrostatic test and transportation conditions was analyzed in detail.The elastic analysis method was used to check the strength of the support and the surrounding cylinder area.The results show that the total stress is the largest under the hydrostatic test condition,and the maximum stress position is in the cylinder area in contact with the support.The strength of the support under the three conditions meets the design standard requirements.This verifies the rationality of the support scheme design,provides a theoretical basis for the strength check and structural optimization of the support,and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
