Research Progress on Source Term Analysis of UF6 Leakage Accidents

UF6在核燃料循环前端体系中占据核心地位,被广泛应用于铀转化、浓缩及燃料元件制造等关键环节,其泄漏发生频率高,危害大,是核安全领域的重点研究方向.本文系统综述了国内外关于U F6泄漏源项分析与计算方法的研究进展,按照泄漏位置与物相特征,将UF6泄漏划分为容器泄漏与管道泄漏两类典型场景,进一步比较了气态、液态及固态UF6在不同工况下的泄漏机理,并结合现有研究的不足对未来UF6泄漏源项分析发展方向提出建议,为UF6泄漏事故后果评估及应急决策提供理论支撑.

Uranium hexafluoride(UF6)plays a critical role in the front end of the nuclear fuel cycle and is extensively used in uranium conversion,enrichment,and fuel fabrication processes.Due to its physico-chemical properties and widespread application,UF6 leakage accidents occur frequently and may result in severe radiological and chemical hazards,making them a major concern in nuclear safety analysis.This pa-per systematically reviews recent domestic and international research progress on UF6 leakage source term analysis and calculation methods.According to the release location and physical phase,UF6 leakage sce-narios are classified into two representative categories:vessel leakage and pipeline leakage.The leakage mechanisms of gaseous,liquid,and solid UF6 under different process conditions are comparatively ana-lyzed.Furthermore,existing limitations of current source term models are discussed,and potential direc-tions for future research on UF6 leakage source term analysis are proposed.The present review aims to pro-vide a theoretical basis for consequence assessment and emergency decision-making in UF6 leakage acci-dents.
