国际核安全标准实物贡献介绍及我国核安全法规标准思考OA

The IAEA safety standards,as important documents based on international consensus and summa-rizing global practices,although not mandatory and binding on member states,have become a key reference for measuring the nuclear safety level of member countries and an important foundation for cross-border co-operation.To analyze its role in improving China's nuclear safety level,this article reviews the international nuclear legislation sources and the IAEA Safety Standard framework,with a focus on examining China's tan-gible contributions in the Chinese translation of the IAEA Safety Standard Series and the current status of do-mestic nuclear regulatory standard system construction.The results indicate that after seven years of organiz-ing and completing the translation of the main body of the Series and publicly publishing them,there are still prominent issues such as the lag in domestic nuclear safety regulations and standards,which further pro-motes the integration with international nuclear safety standards.Future efforts will continue to promote inter-national nuclear safety standards translation work,improve the quality of translations,strengthen the promo-tion of achievements,and deepen international cooperation,providing strong support for the safe and orderly development of the nuclear industry.
