风险指引型安全分级中纵深防御评估方法研究OA
Defense-in-Depth Analysis Methods in Risk-Informed Safety Classification
风险指引型安全分级综合使用定量的安全重要性评估方法和定性的纵深防御评估方法将核电厂的系统和设备划分为RISC-1、RISC-2、RISC-3、RISC-4四个类别.其中定量的安全重要性评估方法以PSA模型为基础,开展设备安全重要性定量计算,实施步骤清晰、判定标准明确、执行难度较低,但定性的纵深防御评估方法则缺少具体实施案例,且判定标准依赖个人经验,在实际执行过程中存在诸多难点.本文通过总结在实际开展风险指引型安全分级试点项目过程中,使用纵深防御评估方法遇到的难点问题以及对应方案,为国内核电厂实施风险指引型安全分级提供一种更具可操作性的方法建议.
Risk-informed safety classification combines quantitative safety significance evaluation methods with qualitative defense-in-depth analysis to categorize nuclear power plant systems and equipment into four classes:RISC-1,RISC-2,RISC-3,and RISC-4.The quantitative safety significance evaluation,based on PSA models,involves clear implementation steps and well-defined criteria,making it relatively straight-forward to execute.However,the qualitative defense-in-depth analysis lacks specific case studies and relies heavily on expert judgment,leading to numerous challenges in practical application.This paper summarizes the difficulties encountered and corresponding solutions during the pilot implementation of risk-informed safety classification,particularly in applying defense-in-depth analysis.The aim is to provide a more action-able guidance method for domestic nuclear power plants adopting risk-informed safety classification.
