瑞马唑仑复合瑞芬太尼在无痛支气管镜检查中的应用OA
Application of remimazolam combined with remifentanil in sedation for painless bronchoscopy
目的 探讨瑞马唑仑复合瑞芬太尼在无痛支气管镜检查中的应用.方法 选取2023年1月1日—2024年12月31日我院86例进行无痛支气管镜检查的患者.随机分为两组,对照组给予瑞芬太尼+丙泊酚麻醉,试验组加用瑞马唑仑.比较两组麻醉效果、血流动力学及不良反应.结果 试验组诱导麻醉时间、离室时间短于对照组(t分别为6.052、5.702,P<0.05);气管插管时试验组HR水平短于对照组(t分别为2.582,2.601,P<0.05),试验组SpO2水平高于对照组(t=8.968,P<0.05);试验组不良反应总发生率短于对照组(χ2=6.198,P<0.05).结论 在无痛支气管镜检查时,瑞马唑仑与瑞芬太尼联合展现出良好效果,能有效提升麻醉质量,并可维持血流动力学的平稳状态,安全性较高.
Objective To investigate the application of remimazolam combined with remifentanil in sedation for bronchoscopy.Methods Eighty-six patients who underwent painless bronchoscopy in our hospital from January 1,2023,to December 31,2024,were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received a combination of remifentanil and propofol for anesthesia,while the experimental group was additionally administered remimazolam.The anesthesia status,hemodynamic parameters,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group demonstrated significantly shorter induction anesthesia durations and recovery times compared to the control group(t=6.052,5.702,P<0.05).At tracheal intubation,the experimental group exhibited notably lower HR than the control group(t=2.582,2.601,P<0.05),while their SpO2 levels were significantly higher(t=8.968,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ2=6.198,P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of remimazolam and remifentanil demonstrates favorable outcomes in painless bronchoscopy,effectively improving anesthesia quality,maintaining hemodynamic stability,and with a favorable safety profile.
