热处理对非注液/注液磷酸铁锂正极材料结构及浸出的影响OA
Heat Treatment Effects on Crystal Structure and Leaching of Uninjected/Impregnated Cathode Materials
以非注液磷酸铁锂正极材料和注液磷酸铁锂正极材料为原料,系统研究热处理对两种类别正极材料晶体结构及酸浸出行为的影响规律.结果表明,氧热处理易造成正极材料晶格结构破坏,产生难溶性 Li3Fe2(PO4)3 并抑制 Li 的浸出.惰性热解在保证非注液正极材料晶格结构完整的同时增强材料浸润性,提高各组分分离效率.此外,惰性热解不影响注液正极材料 Li 的浸出率,但会使得材料发生副反应并生成 Fe2P2O7.
Based on the uninjected and impregnated LiFePO4 cathode materials as raw materials,the effects of heat treatment on the crystal structures and acid leaching behaviors of two types of cathode materials are systematically investigated in this paper.The results demonstrate that oxygenated heat treatment readily disrupts the lattice structure of cathode materials,generating the insoluble Li3Fe2(PO4)3 and inhibiting lithium leaching.Inert pyrolysis preserves the structural integrity of non-injected cathode materials and enhances material wettability,improving the separation efficiency of each component.Additionally,inert pyrolysis has no impact on the leaching rate of lithium of impregnated cathode materials,but leads to the generation of Fe2P2O7.
