交叉型D-A结构发光材料的设计及其OLED性能研究OA
Design and Properties of Cross-Type Donor-Acceptor Luminescent Materials and Their OLED Performances
设计了两种以咔唑为给体单元、具有不同受体结构的交叉 D-A型的有机荧光材料分子 TR1TZ 和 TR1BZ,并制备其以 4,4'-N,N'-二咔唑联苯(CBP)和二[2-((氧代)二苯基膦基)苯基]醚(DPEPO)为发光层主体的掺杂器件,表征其器件效率和电致发光光谱,初步探索了其在掺杂 OLED 器件中的应用.在分别以 CBP 和 DPEPO 为发光层主体的掺杂器件中,基于 TR1TZ 的器件最大外量子效率在蓝光和黄绿光区域分别达 0.89%和 3.72%,基于 TR1BZ的器件则在天蓝光区域分别具有 0.98%和 1.03%外量子效率.在电压增大过程中,由于激基复合物发射的参与,部分器件实现了 CIE 色坐标自调控的性质.以 DPEPO 为主体的 TR1TZ 器件电致发光色坐标从黄绿光向冷白光区域漂移,以 CBP 为主体的 TR1BZ 器件电致发光的色坐标则从蓝绿光移动到天蓝光区域.
This study designed two cross-shaped D-A type organic fluorescent emitters,TR1TZ and TR1BZ,featuring carbazole as the donor unit with structurally distinct acceptors,and fabricated doped OLED devices using CBP and DPEPO as emissive layer hosts to characterize device efficiency and electroluminescence spectra for preliminary application exploration.In CBP-hosted devices,the TR1TZ-based emitter achieved a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 0.89%in the blue region while TR1BZ exhibited 0.98%EQE in the sky-blue region;in DPEPO-hosted devices,TR1TZ reached 3.72%EQE in the yellow-green region whereas TR1BZ showed 1.03%EQE in the sky-blue region.Notably,voltage-dependent self-regulation of CIE coordinates occurred due to exciplex emission involvement:the TR1TZ/DPEPO system shifted electroluminescence from yellow-green to cool white,while the TR1BZ/CBP system transitioned from blue-green to sky-blue emission.
