本研究旨在探究不同光质对"中茶108"(Camellia sinensis(Linnaeus.)cv.Zhongcha 108)生长及光合特性的影响.采用红光(R)、蓝光(B)以及红蓝光1∶1(RB)3种光质进行处理,并以全光谱(CK)作为对照组,通过测定和分析不同光质处理下中茶108生长特性(地径、叶面积、叶绿素含量和全株生物量等)和光合特性(净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和胞间CO2浓度)变化特征,以筛选出最适合在西藏林芝市巴宜区进行设施栽培的红蓝光质配比.研究结果表明,不同光质对中茶108的生长具有促进作用,但效果各异.R处理显著增加了地径和节间长度;RB处理下叶面积最大;B处理下叶绿素含量最高.在不同光强条件下,RB处理在Tr、Gs、Ci方面表现最优,而B处理下Pn最高,当光强达到1 400 μmol·m-2·s-1时,Pn达到峰值.CK处理下的生物量最佳,总鲜重为(15.66±1.20 g),总干重为(5.91±2.50 g).主成分分析(PCA)结果显示,第一主成分解释了68.84%的方差,第二主成分解释了25.21%.在实际农业生产中,为促进幼苗的健壮生长,在初期阶段推荐采用红光照明,并适当提高蓝光比例以提升作物品质与产量;在后期阶段,建议使用自然光以促进植物整体生物量的累积.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different light qualities on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Zhongcha 108(Camellia sinensis(Linnaeus)).cv.Zhongcha 108).Three light qualities,red light(R),blue light(B),and red-blue light 1:1(RB),were used for the treatments,and full-spectrum(CK)was used as the control group,internode length,leaf area,chlorophyll content,and whole-plant biomass,as well as the transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),inter-cellular CO2 concentration(Ci),and the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)were screened out as the most important photosynthetic indexes,such as the transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),inter-cellular CO2 concentration(Ci),and net photosynthetic rate(Pn).and net photosynthetic rate(Pn)in order to select the most suitable red and blue light quality ratios for facility cultivation in Bayi District,Linzhi,Xizang.The results showed that different light qualities promoted the growth of"Zhongcha 108",but the effects varied.The R treatment significantly increased the ground diameter and internode length;the leaf area was the largest under the RB treatment;and the chlorophyll content was the highest under the B treatment.Under different light intensity conditions,the RB treatment showed the best performance in terms of Tr,Gs,and Ci,while Pn was the highest under the B treatment and peaked when the light intensity reached 1 400 μmol·m-2·s-1.The best biomass was recorded under the CK treatment,with a total fresh weight of(15.66±1.20)g and a total dry weight of(5.91±2.50)g.The results of principal component analysis(PCA)showed that the first principal component explained 68.84%of the variance and the second principal component explained 25.21%.In practical agricultural production,in order to promote the robust growth of seedlings,it is recommended to use red light illumination in the early stage and appropriately increase the proportion of blue light to enhance crop quality and yield;in the later stage,it is recommended to use natural light to promote the accumulation of overall plant biomass.
