为实现藏荆芥和康藏荆芥的鉴别,本文采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)结合二阶导数红外光谱技术,建立二者快速、专属的鉴别方法.采用FTIR仪获藏荆芥、康藏荆芥及E,Z-荆芥内酯的原始红外光谱图,采用OMNIC 9.0软件预处理光谱数据,OriginPro 2024软件绘制光谱图,系统比较了藏荆芥与康藏荆芥的红外光谱特征及差异.结果表明,藏荆芥和康藏荆芥的原始红外光谱图相似,指认出9个共有峰,分别为3 725、3 704、3 420、2 926、2 853、1 652、1 260、1 158、1 065 cm-1,在3 420、1 652 cm-1等处的峰强存在明显差异;经与E,Z-荆芥内酯标准品光谱对照,确认两种药材均含该成分,且藏荆芥特征峰吸收强度更高,提示其E,Z-荆芥内酯含量相对较高;1 800~1 200 cm-1和1 200~400 cm-1波段的二阶导数光谱揭示出二者在羰基、双键及指纹区吸收峰的显著区别,可为2种药材的鉴别提供依据.本研究建立的FTIR分析方法具有快速、无损、重现性好的特点,该方法为易混淆荆芥属藏药的快速鉴别提供了新的技术参考,弥补了传统鉴别方法的不足.

To achieve reliable discrimination between Nepeta hemsleyana and Nepeta prattii,this study,employed Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)combined with second-derivative infrared spectroscopy to establish a rapid and specific identification method.The original infrared spectra of Nepeta hemsleyana,Nepeta prattii,and E,Z-nepetalactone were acquired using an FTIR spectrometer.Spectral data were preprocessed using OMNIC 9.0 software,and the spectra were visualized using OriginPro 2024.A systematic comparison of the infrared spectral characteristics and differences between the two species was conducted.The results showed that the original FTIR spectra of Nepeta hemsleyana and Nepeta prattii were generally similar,with nine common absorption peaks identified at 3 725,3 704,3 420,2 926,2 853,1 652,1 260,1 158,and 1 065 cm-1.However,notable differences in peak intensities were observed at 3 420 and 1 652 cm-1.Comparison with the reference spectrum of E,Z-nepetalactone confirmed the presence of this compound in both species,with stronger characteristic absorption peaks observed in Nepeta hemsleyana,suggesting a relatively higher content of E,Z-nepetalactone.Furthermore,second-derivative spectra in the ranges of 1 800~1 200 cm-1 and 1 200~400 cm-1 revealed significant differences between the two species in carbonyl groups,double bonds,and fingerprint regions,enabling effective discrimination between them.The FTIR-based method established in this study is rapid,non-destructive,and highly reproducible.It provides a novel technical approach for the rapid identification of closely related and easily confused Nepeta species used in Xizang's medicine,thereby addressing the limitations of traditional identification methods.
