Research on the pilot construction of water system connectivity and water beautiful village in Pubei County
本文以世界长寿之乡、乡村治理示范县浦北为试点,选取马江为研究范围,研究水系连通及水美乡村建设,总结当地水系治理成效及存在问题,提出符合当地水情及特色的治理目标、总体布局和治理措施,并对预期效果进行分析.
Taking Pubei County,a world-famous longevity hometown and a demonstration county for rural gover-nance,as the pilot area,this paper selects the Majiang River as the research scope to study water system connectivi-ty and the construction of water beautiful villages,summarizes the achievements and existing problems of local wa-ter system governance,proposes governance goals,overall layout,and governance measures that are in line with the local water conditions and characteristics,and analyzes the expected effects.
