Quality inspection and technical analysis of PCCP pipe construction in hydraulic engineering
以广西水利PCCP管道工程为例,结合现行检测技术标准,探讨PCCP管道施工过程中的质量问题与控制方法,提出施工关键环节主要技术指标及相应的质量检测方法,包括管道基础承载力、基础垫层质量、管道接口质量、管槽回填质量等指标的检测和管道水压试验.
Taking the water PCCP pipeline project of Guangxi as an example,combined with the current inspection technical standards,this paper discusses the quality problems and control methods during the construction process of PCCP pipelines,and proposes the main technical indicators of the key construction links and the corresponding quality inspection methods for the bearing capacity of the pipeline foundation,the quality of the foundation cushion layer,the quality of the pipeline interface,the quality of pipe trench backfilling,and pipeline water pressure test.
