七星河水位调节坝的基础高程设计优化与效益研究OA
Optimization of foundation elevation design and benefit study for Qixinghe water level regulating dam
分析了七星河水位调节坝基础高程设计优化的效益.将中部2#坝块的建基面高程从原设计的35 m提高至37 m,两边1#、3#坝块从原设计的35~44 m变为37~44 m,最大坝高从原来的32.9 m降为30.9 m.计算结果表明,大坝坝基面高程为37 m时,其基底36 m及以下高程的层理面的深层抗滑稳定安全系数大于规范允许最小值,优化后的大坝不存在深层抗滑稳定问题.通过设计优化,减少石方开挖1250 m3;减少C20混凝土1250 m3,总共节约资金60.38万元,同时加快了施工进度,节省了工期.
The benefits of foundation elevation design optimization for the Qixinghe water level regulating dam are analyzed.The foundation surface elevation of the central dam block 2#was raised from the original design of 35 m to 37 m,while that of the two side dam blocks 1#and 3#were changed from the original design of 35~44 m to 37~44 m,resulting in a reduction of the maximum dam height from 32.9 m to 30.9 m.The calculation results show that when the dam foundation surface elevation is 37 m,the safety factor for deep anti-sliding stability of the bedding planes at and below the base elevation 36 m is greater than the minimum value allowed by the relevant codes.There-fore,the optimized dam has no deep anti-sliding stability issues.Through this design optimization,rock excavation was reduced by 1,250 m3,and C20 concrete consumption was reduced by 1,250 m3,resulting in total cost savings of 603,800 yuan.Additionally,the construction progress was accelerated and the construction period was shortened.
