兴安县水网建设规划思路与实施路径OA

Based on the needs and the existing conditions of water network construction in Xing'an County,this paper proposes an overall layout of water network characterized by two main streams and two branches,connecting two riv-er basins;ten rivers and three canals,six reservoirs and multiple nodes,and defines tasks in six aspects such as flood control and drainage for disaster reduction,urban and rural water supply guarantee,agricultural irrigation,wa-ter ecological protection and restoration,smart water network,and integrated development of water network.A series of water network construction planning projects are systematically planned.The aim is to enhance the regional water security guarantee capacity through the construction of the water network in Xing'an County,providing solid water resources support for the high-quality development of Xing'an County in the new era.
