针对噁唑烷酮传统制备方法存在反应条件苛刻、催化剂易溶于反应体系等问题,提出 2-溴丙烯与 1,8-二氮杂二环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯(DBU)反应制备(AIDBU)Br,经阴离子交换和咪唑修饰得到乙烯基功能化离子液体(AIDBU)Im,并与二乙烯基苯(DVB)聚合获得非均相催化剂 P-AD-1/1.对 P-AD-1/1进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、粉末 X 射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)等一系列表征,并将其应用于 CO2-苯胺-环氧乙烷环化反应制备 3-苯基-2-噁唑烷酮中.探究(AIDBU)Im与 DVB比例对催化活性的影响,并进行单因素实验和催化剂循环性使用性实验.结果表明,该反应的最优反应条件:催化剂用量为 20%、反应温度为 110℃、反应压力为 2.5 MPa、反应时间为 1 h,3-苯基-2-噁唑烷酮收率达 66.3%,同时P-AD-1/1具有良好的循环使用性,在循环 5次后 3-苯基-2-噁唑烷酮收率仍可达 62.3%.此外,对 CO2-苯胺-环氧乙烷合成 3-苯基-2-噁唑烷酮进行反应历程的研究.研究结果为离子型聚合物在 CO2-苯胺-环氧乙烷制备 3-苯基-2-噁唑烷酮的应用提供了实验基础和理论参考.

In response to the problems of harsh reaction conditions and easy solubility of catalysts in the reaction system in the traditional preparation method of oxazolidinone,we proposed the reaction of 2-bromopropene with 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene(DBU)to prepare(AIDBU)Br,which was then subjected to anion exchange and imidazole modification to obtain vinyl functionalized ionic liquid(AIDBU)Im,and polymerized with divinylbenzene(DVB)to obtain heterogeneous catalyst P-AD-1/1.In order to confirm the successful synthesize of the P-AD-1/1,a series of characterizations were conducted,such as NMR,FT-IR,XRD and TGA etc.The P-AD-1/1 was then applied to the CO2-aniline-ethylene oxide cyclization reaction for the preparation of 3-phenyl-2-oxazolidinone,where the effect of the(AIDBU)Im-to-DVB ratio on catalytic activity and catalyst recyclability experiment were investigated.The results indicated that,under the optimal conditions:20 wt%catalyst,110℃,2.5 MPa,and 1 h reaction time,achieving 66.3%yield of 3-phenyl-2-oxazolidinone,the P-AD-1/1 showed good recyclability,and the yield of product could still reach 62.3%after five cycles.Furthermore,the reaction pathway of the synthesis of 3-phenyl-2-oxazolidinone from CO2-phenyl-epoxyethane was studied.This study provides experimental basis and theoretical reference for the application of ionic polymers in the preparation of 3-phenyl-2-oxazolidinone from CO2-phenyl-epoxyethane.
