丘陵地区玉米精量排种器应用技术研究OA

Research on Technical Progress of Precision Seed Metering Devices for Maize Planters in Hilly Areas

玉米精量播种技术是现代农业精准种植的核心环节,其播种质量直接影响作物生长、资源利用率及最终产量.本文对丘陵地区常用的勺轮式与气吸式玉米精量排种器的应用技术情况进行了分析研究.针对勺轮式排种器,研究聚焦于结构参数优化、丘陵地形适配性改进及非结构化因素的应对策略;针对气吸式排种器,研究重点为真空度、充种高度与作业速度的协同优化,以及高速作业下的结构创新与多参数整合.综合已有田间对比结果表明,气吸式排种器在播种深度、施肥深度、播种均匀性等指标上整体优于勺轮式,但勺轮式因结构简单、成本低仍被广泛应用于丘陵地区.下一步改进应将丘陵地区坡度、地块碎片化等特征纳入排种器性能优化方向,突破作业参数动态匹配、地形适应性结构设计等共性技术瓶颈.

Precision maize seeding technology is a core component of precision farming in modern agriculture,and its seeding quality directly affects crop growth,resource utilization efficiency,and final yield.This paper reviews the technical research progress of commonly used spoon-wheel and pneumatic suction maize precision seed metering devices in hilly areas.For spoon-wheel seed metering devices,research has focused on the optimization of structural parameters,improvement of adaptability to hilly terrain,and countermeasures against unstructured factors.For pneumatic suction seed metering devices,the research emphasized the synergistic optimization of vacuum degree,seed-filling height,and operating speed,as well as structural innovation and multi-parameter integration under high-speed operation.Results from existing field comparison experiments indicated that pneumatic suction seed metering devices were overall superior to spoon-wheel ones in indicators such as seeding depth,fertilization depth,and seeding uniformity;however,spoon-wheel devices had widely applied in hilly areas due to their simple structure and low cost.Future research needs to incorporate characteristics of hilly areas such as slope and fragmented land plots into the performance optimization direction of seed metering devices,and break through common technical bottlenecks including dynamic matching of operation parameters and structural design for terrain adaptability.
