为推动畜牧业数字化和智能化转型,实现牛场智能化高效运营和精准管理目标,本文设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与多传感器融合的牛场智能化控制系统.系统由感知层、控制层、传输层和执行层4部分组成:感知层集成环境参数传感器、牛只生理体征传感器及饲喂状态监测传感器等多类模块,实现多维度数据全面采集;控制层以PLC为核心处理单元,完成传感器数据的接收、分析、融合及控制指令的生成与下发;传输层依托物联网(IoT)技术,实现感知数据与控制指令的实时双向传输;执行层对接环境调节、生理干预及精准饲喂等执行设备,完成PLC指令的精准落地.该系统为养牛业提高质量和效率、节约成本、降低消耗提供了有效的技术支持,对推动畜牧业智能化和可持续发展具有重要意义.

To promote the digital and intelligent transformation of the livestock industry and achieve the goal of intelligent,efficient operation and precise management of cattle farms,a multi-sensor control system for intelligent cattle farms based on PLC was designed.The system consisted of four parts:the perception layer,the control layer,the transmission layer,and the application layer.The perception layer integrated various perception modules such as environmental sensors,cattle ph ysiological sensors,and feeding monitoring sensors.The control layer,with PLC at its core,collected sensor detection data and processed it.The transmission layer relied on Internet of Things technology to upload data in real time.The execution layer included environmental adjustment equipment,physiological adjustment equipment,and feeding equipment.This system provided effective technical support to improve the quality and efficiency of the cattle industry,reduce costs and energy consumption,and be of great significance for promoting the intelligent and sustainable development of the livestock industry.
