用于热电偶动态校准系统的比色测温装置研究OA
Research on a colorimetric temperature measurement device for thermocouple dynamic calibration system
针对基于激光器的热电偶动态校准系统中单色红外测温法易受表面发射率影响、需预标定不同热电偶发射率的局限,设计了一种用于热电偶动态校准系统的比色测温装置.阐述了双波长辐射比值测温原理,优化选取了1 483 nm和1 600 nm工作波长及滤光片带宽,并开展了静态标定与动态响应实验.实验结果表明:该装置在600℃以上测量相对误差低于1%,响应时间小于2 μs,满足瞬态测温需求.将该装置应用于热电偶动态校准系统,成功获取了激光加热下热电偶表面激励温度变化曲线,验证了其在实际校准中的有效性与可靠性.
To overcome the limitation that monochromatic infrared thermometry in laser-based thermocouple dynamic calibra-tion systems is susceptible to surface emissivity and requires pre-calibration for different thermocouples,a colorimetric tem-perature measurement device for thermocouple dynamic calibration systems is designed.The principle of dual-wavelength ra-diation ratio thermometry is described,and the optimal operating wavelengths of 1 483 nm and 1 600 nm together with the cor-responding filter bandwidths are determined through optimization.Static calibration and dynamic response experiments are car-ried out.Experimental results show that the relative measurement error of the device is below 1%for temperatures above 600℃,and the response time is less than 2 μs,satisfying the requirements for transient temperature measurement.The device is applied to the thermocouple dynamic calibration system,and the excitation temperature evolution on the thermocouple sur-face under laser heating is successfully obtained,validating its effectiveness and reliability in practical calibration scenarios.
