Analysis of elemental content variation in different parts of Incarvillea sinensis using chemometrics combined with ICP-MS

目的 建立黄花角蒿中27种无机元素的含量测定方法.方法 采用微波消解法对黄花角蒿样品进行前处理,以电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定黄花角蒿根、茎、叶、花、果实5个部位中27种无机元素含量,利用Origion软件进行含量特征分析、指纹图谱分析、重金属元素分析、主成分分析、转移系数分析及相关性分析.结果 黄花角蒿不同产地无机元素含量变化趋势总体一致,不同部位无机元素含量差异明显;27种元素中钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铝(Al)、铁(Fe)4种元素含量较高,5个部位中叶部位各元素含量最高;黄花角蒿对Mg、硼(B)、钼(Mo)、硒(Se)、汞(Hg)的转移能力较强,对铬(Cr)、镍(Ni)、镉(Cd)的转移能力较弱;Fe-Al、钛(Ti)-Fe、铍(Be)-Fe、钒(V)-Ti、Be-Ti、Be-V相关系数在0.98以上,具有显著相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 黄花角蒿中含有丰富的无机元素,重金属元素含量大多数处于安全范围,不同部位的元素分布特征较为明显,可为黄花角蒿野生资源的开发利用及质量评价提供参考.

Objective To establish a method for determining the content of 27 inorganic elements in Incarvillea sinensis.Methods The samples of Incarvillea sinensis were pretreated by microwave digestion.The contents of 27 inorganic elements in five parts(root,stem,leaf,flower,and fruit)were determined using inductively coupled plas-ma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Origin software was employed for content characteristic analysis,fingerprint analy-sis,heavy metal element analysis,principal component analysis,transfer coefficient analysis,and correlation analysis.Results The variation trends of inorganic element content in Incarvillea sinensis from different origins were general-ly consistent,while significant differences were observed among different plant parts.Among the 27 elements,cal-cium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),aluminum(Al),and iron(Fe)exhibited higher contents,with the leaf part containing the highest levels across all five parts.Incarvillea sinensis demonstrated strong transfer ability for Mg,boron(B),mo-lybdenum(Mo),selenium(Se),and mercury(Hg),but weak transfer ability for chromium(Cr),nickel(Ni),and cadmium(Cd).The correlation coefficients for Fe-Al,titanium(Ti)-Fe,beryllium(Be)-Fe,vanadium(V)-Ti,Be-Ti,and Be-V exceeded 0.98,indicating significant correlations(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Incarvillea sinensis is rich in inorganic elements,with most heavy metal contents falling within safe limits.The distribution cha-racteristics of elements across different parts are relatively distinct,providing a reference for the development,utiliza-tion,and quality evaluation of its wild resources.
