老年MDS-RAEB伴糖尿病患者静脉留置针感染的护理体会OA
Nursing experience in the management of peripheral intravenous catheter infection in an elderly patient with myelodysplastic syndrome-refractory anemia with excess blasts and diabetes mellitus
探讨 1 例老年骨髓增生异常综合征-难治性贫血伴原始细胞增多(MDS-RAEB)合并 2 型糖尿病患者静脉留置针感染的相关因素及护理改进措施,总结其局部感染的临床表现、发生过程及护理效果.针对患者高龄、免疫功能低下、糖尿病微血管病变及反复静脉治疗等特点,采取严格无菌操作、加强护理评估、规范静脉治疗管理、合理选择输液工具、强化健康宣教等综合护理干预,并联合复方紫草通络散湿敷.经积极治疗与护理后,患者局部感染明显好转.该病例可为静脉留置针相关感染及相关并发症的预防与护理提供参考.
The present report explored the related factors and nursing improvement strategies for peripheral intravenous catheter infec-tion in an elderly patient with myelodysplastic syndrome-refractory anemia with excess blasts(MDS-RAEB)complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus,and summarized the clinical manifestations,progression,and nursing outcomes of the local infection.In view of the patient's advanced age,impaired immune function,diabetic microangiopathy,and repeated intravenous therapy,comprehensive nursing interventions were imple-mented,including strict aseptic technique,enhanced nursing assessment,standardized intravenous therapy management,appropriate selection of vascular access devices,and strengthened health education,combined with wet compress application of Compound Zicao Tongluo Powder.After active treatment and nursing care,the local infection was markedly improved.This case may provide a reference for the prevention and nursing management of peripheral intravenous catheter-related infections and their complications.
