医院疗愈环境对住院患者就医满意度的影响研究OA

Objective:To explore the internal mechanism of hospital healing environments affecting inpatients'medical satisfaction,and to construct and verify a chained mediation model of the positiveeffect of healingenvironmentson inpatients'satisfaction.Methods:Based on Stress and Coping Theory and Attention Restoration Theory,a chained mediating model of"environmental perception→attention restoration→psychological outcomes→inpatients'medical satisfaction"was constructed.A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted among 302 inpatients at Gansu Provincial Central Hospital,and data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and mediating effect tests with Bootstrap method.Results:The structural equation model demonstrated a good fit.Perceived environmental support(β=0.42,P<0.001)and per ceived environmental controllability(β=0.28,P<0.001)both exerted significant positive effects on attention restoration.Attention restoration significantly and positively predicted positive emotions(β=0.65,P<0.001)and stress reduction(β=0.52,P<0.01),which in turn positively in-fluenced patient satisfaction.The mediation effect test indicated that 65.89%of the total effect of environmental perception on satisfaction was achieved through the chained path of"attention restoration → psychological outcomes(positive emotions and stress reduction)".Conclusions:The hospital healing environment does not directly improve inpatients'medical satisfaction;instead,it functions through a sequential psycholog-ical processing chain that facilitates patients'attention restoration and improves their psychological state.
